The Friday, January 8th episode of The Martha Stewart Show will be dedicated to the holistic practice of yoga.

The episode was shot in front of 51 yogis who practiced yoga for the entire hour-long taping.

Highlights include an empowering “warrior” workout with Trudie Styler, and an overview of three different styles of yoga: ashtanga, iyengar, and vinyasa.
