The other day “we” had an accident that needed some cleaning. We own a dog, we have cats. You do the math. We needed a cleaning company that was good, and not stupidly expensive. That carpet company would be Cole’s Carpet & Upholstery.
The office we called is located in Hayward, CA., but they service Alameda, San Francisco and San Mateo counties.
They’re incredibly organized and timely. When they said they’ll be there at 10 a.m., they were there at 9:55 a.m.. When I asked if they contact me to give me a heads up to they’re arriving, they called.
They don’t dilly dally either. With a very friendly persona, the man that came out dealt with my issue and was out with the 1/2 hour.
I’d recommend them to anyone… and stand behind that recommendation.
