In this video clip, Jonathan Ross on BBC ONE, is chatting up Robert Downey Jr. and Gwyneth Paltrow.

In it, Ross asks Downey Jr. about his commitment to Iron Man 3, and a few other bits of chit-chat! We already knew Downey Jr. was committed to Iron Man 3, but it ‘s nice to hear him actually say it, in the soundbyte! Not to mention, the suspicions early on in January of 2010 were that Iron Man 3 will be dealing with Tony’s Alcoholism. Whether that sticks and gets written into the next Iron Man movie, well, that remains to be seen!

Actually, that’s a good point Tim. I am so used to the premise of everything building up to The Avengers that it isn’t even something that feels new to write about… but yes, you’re right Tim… it’s all building up to the ensemble movie of heroes… and with the possibility of Joss Whedon helming the Avengers movie.

How come no one is mentioning the reason for the iron man movies is the build up of the Avenger movies soon to hit the big screen. Avengers are going to out do the X men and FF as the must see comic book super hero group. I can’t wait to see the new version of Captain America I have the original one on VHS, and Thor is going to be a good movie. I want to see the Silver surfer and Prince Namor in their own film. How about doing some Marvel Team up Movies with different characters like the comics so we can see all of our favorites and a Marvel versus DC movie would be a blockbuster for sure.
