Behind The Scenes ‘Rise of the Planet of the Apes’ Live Event, 4-13-11 at 2:30 PDT

'Rise of the Planet of the Apes' logoWe’ve already seen a five second preview of what Caesar will look like in Rise of the Planet of the Apes.  But now the VFX house behind the project will be granting us a live behind the scenes event streaming live to Cinema Static on Brusimm.  So come on back at 2:30 today and check out all that it’s about and see what goes on behind the scenes of a production like 20th Century Fox’s Rise of the Planet of the Apes.

If I’ve set it right, the player will kick in automatically after the show starts when you come back to this post.

Join the Academy Award® winning visual effects house, WETA Digital for a behind-the-scenes look at the rendering and creation of the apes, as well as exclusive footage from the summer’s most anticipated film!

WETA Digital, the industry leading VFX team behind films like Avatar and The Lord of the Rings Trilogy, will host a livestream event on the official Facebook fan page for Avatar (http://www.facebook.com/officialavatarmovie), bringing fans to their headquarters in Wellington, New Zealand for an exclusive look at their work on RISE OF THE PLANET OF THE APES.
