“About a fifth of Americans don’t have Internet access at home, the Pew Internet & American Life Project reported in June. Their profile — generally older and less educated — correlates closely with the demographics of those suffering the fastest rises in unemployment, an analysis of data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics shows.”

I snagged this from an MSNBC article and where they go with the article is a bit scary for some.

They talked about older folk having a hard time locating work due to the lack of computer skills.  It’s a sad truth as life becomes more and more wrapped up in everything computer related.

It’s an interesting read at MSNB in the Business Careers section.
