JR Motorsports says that they expect to field another Nationwide Series car for Danica Patrick in 2011. All they’re doing is waiting for the season schedule from her “day job” over in IndyCar to be publicized so they can schedule her rides around that.
So far Danica Patrick has had a bit more of a rough go at it with her best finish being 24th and her average finish just over 30th.
It would seem that Dale Earnhardt Jr. will also be driving the No. 7 car when Danica isn’t filling the seat. They have other potential candidates, depending on sponsors stepping up or not.
Remember, JRM will be having Aric Almirola driving the No. 88 car next season with GT Vodka and possibly Unilever as the two sponsors sharing the hood.
