David Tennat (Doctor Who, Glorious 39, Hamlet) has found himself a non-scifi show to star in. And not only is he going to be in a new show, he’s going to be on NBC in the U.S.!
He’s set to star in the NBC pilot of Rex Is Not Your Lawyer.
It’s a legal comedy about a lawyer that Tennant plays who developes panic attacks and decides to take up a different line of legal work: Coaching clients to represent themselves in court.
Rex Is Not Your Lawyer (Dang, they have got to come up with a better name!) has been 2 years in the making and was OK’d by NBC in August of ’09.
