Dear Comcast,
I’ll be calling later today. I’d like to know why it takes more than 7 seconds to hit change channel button and the actual deed to take place.
I’ll be calling with a civil tone. I don’t want to carry forward any of the other angst issues I’ve had in the past because I want to be able to speak clearly and coherently while I converse with the hapless fool who answers my call.
