Dear Comcast: Why The Digital Interference? [Consumer]

Ever since we converted to digital, why is it my picture gets all blocky, choppy and the signal drops out for 10-30 seconds a night?

Every night it seems we get some kind of interruption.  Sigh.  That’s all.  I just needed to vent.
