Dollhouse Canceled But Lives Beyond Your Television [Cinema Static]

Dollhouse won’t be getting any new episodes beyond the original 13 that Fox ordered from Joss Whedon.  Nor will Dollhouse be getting a 3rd season.  (That seems obvious with everything adding up.)

But in some ways, Dollhouse will live on, at least while the Rossum Corporation website stays up.  Yep, the parent corporation behind the Dollhouse!  You can check out what it takes to become a client!  (No, this isn’t the hair club for men!)

Or, you can tell the authorities about what Rossum is doing, and help society Ditch The Tech!  It’s basically a video saying we need to stop Rossum.

This is the vid from Ditch The Tech:

Simple, but mind trippy!

I have to wonder if Joss is going to carry this forward in any fashion on the web or just let it lay where it dies, at the end of season 2 on Fox?  Dollhouse was an odd concept, backed by Joss’s usual in-depth character building, but the concept outweighed the long-term story.  At least in the Nielsen Family minds.  Yet this Dollhouse Viral schemes are definitely interesting.
