Hey gang, here’s some movie news updates for Guillermo del Toro‘s Pacific Rim monster movie. The news that came out this week:
First up, taming the rumor mill, it’s being reported the Willem Dafoe IS NOT in Pacific Rim. Apparently there’s a rumor floatin’ around that he’s in the movie.
Per Dafoe in a one-on-one, about being in the movie:
“If I am they haven’t told me.”
LOL.

Unlike this image, 'Pacific Rim' is where robots fight giant monsters!
I caught the news over at Dark Horizons that Diego Klattenhoff (Lucky Number Slevin; TV’s Homeland, Mercy) has joined the cast of Pacific Rim.
Klattenhoff joins Charlie Hunnam, Idris Elba, Charlie Day, Rinko Kikuchi, Max Martini, Rob Kazinsky and Clifton Collins Jr. in the cast already. There’s no news on his part in the movie… yet.
