Inception Promo Art No 3

If you’ve been waiting for Christopher Nolan’s Inception, starring Leonardo DiCaprio to come out.† It seems that those who have already seen it are spouting forth nothing but praise of both the film maker, the stars and the story of Inception itself in their movie reviews. (Lucky Basterds!)

Inception Puzzle Pieces

I’ve got the shirts with the puzzles on them, I’ve got that heavy metal spinning top.† I didn’t chase the puzzles, others did that for us.† But now, the puzzling is over with and the game is afoot and the critics are besides themselves with adjectives worthy of historically classic, endearing films to date.

I’ve tried to keep the praise to generic, self drooling text and avoided the spoilers…† I’m going out on a limb and thinking it might be a good movie, despite the complexity that Rolling Stone warned us about.† Here are what a few reviews of Inception noted for us:

We’re warned by Todd Gilchrist over on Cinematical who says this this film is best watched having known little about it “because its individual twists and turns are almost as exciting to discover as their cumulative visceral, intellectual and emotional impact.

AICN says “Nolan joins the company of Coppola, Lean and not too many others as a filmmaker who treats the big canvas with the respect it deserves.”

THR‘s bottom line is “A devilishly complicated, fiendishly enjoyable sci-fi voyage across a dreamscape that is thoroughly compelling.

And though there are many more, finally, Dustin Hucks at FSR (Film School Rejects) says “Inception is easily the best†big budget film of the year thus far. Iíll go further and say that itís one of the most beautiful, well written, and fully realized high dollar films of the last five years.

I guess we’ll enjoy it when it comes out.† Hope these snippets help!
