After the My Life As Liz finale of the first season on MTV has folks wondering if the show is returning, considering her decision to move to New York.
Like Friday Night Lights, as folk move out of High School, their roles go away, but with Liz leaving High School, will the show follow her to her new life?
The show is pretty popular on the MTV lineup, and right now, I do not see any update as to what MTV will be doing with the show. It’s latest episode brought in just over 1 million viewers and has at times, been the highest ranking cable show in its time slot.
When most networks have a popular show, they tend to hang on to it. That’s my gut feeling. When I hear news, I will let you know!

I really hope that the show returns. its just about the only show on mtv that i actually really enjoyed. I love liz.

It is a shame MTV is thinking of trashing this show. I guess if you are not popular and blonde MTV will put it in the closet. I mean how can they be a part of nerds being more than the idea that many have about them. Liz has been one of the hightest ranking shows in it’s time slot. This doesn’t make since. It is obvious they taking it off for all the wrong reasons. I was a popular girl in school and I saw the way people treated each other. I am glad there is a show like this to prove we are all the same inside, regardless of what we are on the outside. MTV< Don't be shallow!!!!!
