For the seasoned fan, we’ve seen those close finishes each year at one race or another… they’re always fun to watch.
I thought I’d toss this little tidbit out there for the person who at this moment, might be a non-fan!
These two photos were from today’s Gatorade Duels that set the line for the Daytona 500 starting lineup.
These cars aren’t parked, or cruising a pace lap in these photos. These are the finishes, at speed, at around 200 mph.
That’s how good these guys are, and how close the racing was today, and is expected to be across all three racing series of NASCAR… The Truck Series, Nationwide Series and on Sunday, the Cup Series Daytona 500.
