Rental/Used DVD Of The Week!
Surrogates starring Bruce Willis (purchased this week for $4 bucks used), really delivered! Ahead of its time, you could practically call this one, Die Hard 7. I was very impressed with Jonathan Mostow’s underrated vision of the future! Bruce Willis as usual, proves why he’s still one of our greatest action heroes! If you’ve ever wondered how he would play a Terminator check this one out! Great rental or used purchase! 9 out of 10!
DVD Movie Of The Week!
Sherlock Holmes, Robert Downey Jr.’s alter ego, makes its debut on DVD this week and I’m stoked for this one! Look for the 2 disc DVD/Blu-ray for additional bonus features! This one is basic kickass elementary, Mr Watson!
DVD TV Series Of The Week!
Steven Seagal Lawman: Complete Season 1. OK if that title doesn’t make you laugh and then run to your DVD store I don’t know what will! Yep it’s The Glimmerman, Steven Seagal pulling people over and writing tickets in this reality fisting that can only be described as must-see reality TV! My pick of the week, big time! Celebrity Rehab Season 3 also intervenes and wraps up my TV fix!
Blu-ray Pick Of The Week!
On Blu-ray this week my pick is, Imax: Under the Sea, narrated by Jim Carrey! Throw out your fish bowl screen saver and check out this amazing film! Best Blu-ray of the month visually!
