This week, we only have a few new movies hitting theaters on Friday, August 3rd.
First new movie up is the remake Total Recall.
Total Recall stars Colin Farrell, Kate Beckinsale, Jessica Biel & the venerable Bryan Cranston.
The movie is directed by Len Wiseman (Underworld Franchise).
This remake looked like a carbon copy of the original, at least to me it did when watching the trailers. And I’m not seeing any real incredible reviews either. Rotten Tomatoes has an average score of 5.2/10 on the film.

Assassin’s Bullet stars Christian Slater, Donald Sutherland, Elika Portnoy & Timothy Spall.
After 8 reviews on Rotten Tomatoes, it has a whopping 2.2 out of 10.

Then there’s Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days. The first two movies did pretty good at the theaters, so I’m expecting something close to great.
Rotten has it at 5.2 out of 10.

The Babymakers stars Olivia Munn about a woman, who, ” After failing to get his wife pregnant, a guy recruits his pals to steal the deposit he left at a sperm bank years ago”
