Principal shooting for Conan has wrapped, per Nu Boyana Film Studios, and with that announcement, they’ve also released the first official image of Jason Momoa as Conan, as presented below:
If you follow this site, you’ve seen this picture back in May, but it was just a touch fuzzier in the 4 leaked images I showed from the Leaked Images from Conan Set.
Also on board the Marcus Nispel directed action flick is Rachel Nichols, Rose McGowan, Stephen Lang, Ron Perlman amongst others.
Do you think Nispel can pull this off? Conan is iconic and his past credits include Friday the 13th (With Jared Padalecki), Pathfinder (with Karl Urban), National Treasure (with Nicolas Cage) & The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (with Jessica Biel). The most popular of these films might be National Treasure, but didn’t the other projects just come and go with little fanfare?
I guess we’ll see how it goes! I’m looking forward, with hope, to the movie. I like Jason Momoa’s work. Plus we have The Game of Thrones to look forward to on HBO to watch Jason’s further work.
