We all know that Thirteen, played by Olivia Wilde, has taken her leave from the staff on House M.D., starring Hugh Laurie. But if you’re wondering about her return, fret not.
If you remember back in October ’09 I mentioned that Olivia Wilde was taking a break from House because she took a leave of absence to deal with filming the up and coming mega-hit, Joseph Kosinski‘s Tron: Legacy & Paul Haggis‘s The Next Three Days, Andrew Niccol‘s Now, Jon Favreau‘s Cowboys & Aliens and David Dobkin‘s The Change-Up starring Ryan Reynolds.
Olivia has been a busy girl making a lot of cool movies!
Aside from her busy schedule, she took the time to tell EW that she is returning to the medical drama House. In fact she noted that her comeback is already being formulated in script and she will indeed return to the series. In fact she’s returning this season.
In Wilde’s return to House M.D., we’ll learn the details about Thirteen’s absence and considering all that she’s already been through, she says that they need to take it to an entirely new level of tension.
I think that it will be great to see her return… maybe she’ll give Gregory more crap than she used to. Plus she’s been in a few great movies coming out.
