The gang over on io9 received a “tipster insight” to the plot outline of the upcoming Alien prequel movie, Prometheus, being directed by Ridley Scott.
The writer of the article claims strong skepticism and after looking over the Prometheus plot sneak peak myself, it feels too detailed to actually be a plot outline. It feels like some desperate soul who wrote a short story and is pawning it off.
But…
Whether it’s fake or not, despite the detailed human background and how Earth and humanity gets dragged into the story, the 2nd paragraph that details how the Aliens actually become free on the world of the space jockey and the cosmos, seems like a pretty interesting take.

If this is a leak, it’s again another sad example of people being trusted and not being able to keep that trust. Me, I have to believe it’s not. Ridley Scott… would he actually have enough control over things to keep something like this popping out into the public? I’d think so.
