The production on the hit show from Starz, Spartacus: Blood and Sand has been suspended for the time being. Andy Whitfield has been diagnosed with cancer. (Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma)
The cancer has been caught in its very early stages and has been coined very treatable. Andy says he’s feeling “strong, positive and determined.”
Our thoughts from Brusimm are for his quick recovery as he goes forth to slay this evil entity.
Season 2 of Spartacus: Blood and Sand was slated to start filming in New Zealand, its season 1 finale is slated to air on April 16th.
