There’s a great 12-question bit with Regan Smith over on SB Nation. Some of the parts I took away that stuck in my head were that he wants people to understand he’s not David Regan. LOL.
His worse track is Pocono, and if he ran NASCAR, he’d install boxing rings in the middle of the infields, use huge air-bag boxing gloves, set up some pay-per-view contracts and let drivers duke it out if they have issues on-track.
Regan has a few dogs… a doberman and his girlfriend has a chihuahua and a mutt. Everyone gets along, which is good for the chihuahua.
And he’d rather be known as a good driver than a good person.
