The fight against cancer comes to Menlo Park:

American Cancer Society RELAY FOR LIFE in Menlo Park

This Saturday, August 4th, at Burgess Park in Menlo Park, The American Cancer Society is holding a Relay for Life event that starts at 10 a.m..

People walking to raise money to research ways to kick cancer’s ass is always a good plan.  And if you are up to it, come on out and join in the fight.  It’s an honorable fight that raises money, and gets you outdoors and nets you some fun, exercise and maybe even some new friends.

If interested, here’s a link to start the fight against cancer.

And if you can’t participate but feel the need to still want to do something, contribute some cash to what you deem is a worthy cause.  And it really doesn’t take much!

The Power of One Against Breast CancerI’ve always said that it only takes $one…  if a thousand people have the same thought and contribute only a dollar, that’s a quick thousand bucks right there.  Believe it or not, every little bit can help, so don’t be shy.
