Water for Elephants stars Robert Pattinson (Twilight & Harry Potter franchises, Remember Me) and Reese Witherspoon (Four Christmases) in a story about a veterinary student who joins a traveling circus and finds love in with Marlena (Witherspoon), through their compassion for a special circus elephant. Despite the anger of her husband, Jacob (Pattinson) and Marlena find true, lifelong love!
Water for Elephants is directed by Francis Lawrence (I Am Legend, Constantine) and the screenplay is written by Richard LaGravenese (P.S. I Love You).
What I found amazing about the trailer, aside from what looks like a powerful love story from an acclaimed bestseller, is the different look that Robert Pattinson has in this movie. It’s refreshing since I’ve only ever seen him in a certain, vampiric franchise. Check out the different trailer stills from the movie trailer:
