I just now found myself the chance to watch A Perfect Getaway and I was totally surprised by the fresh approach this movie took, shining a new light on this genre film. It’s a a great ride, that’s what it is and this is a SPOILER FREE movie review! (True, it has been out a while, but the absolute best way to see this movie is unspoiled, if possible. The synopsis from A Perfect Getaway: Two pairs of lovers on a Hawaiian vacation discover that psychopaths are stalking and murdering tourists on the islands.
What a perfect description of a wonderfully engaging and fresh slasher movie.
