Baker Curb Racing has brought crew chief Rick Viers on board for Greg Biffle’s No. 27 Red Man Moist Snuff Ford Fusion in the NASCAR Nationwide Series.
Viers assumed his new duties on February 10th.
Viers worked at chiefed at JD Motorsports in 2009 and has served in the Sprint Cup series as crew chief to AJ Allmendinger’s No. 84 at Red Bull Racing in 2007 and 2008.

Baker Curb Racing signed on Scott Lagasse Jr. to drive their No. 43 Ford in the NASCAR Nationwide Series. He’ll be driving the Ford with Greg Biffle and his first stint behind the wheel will be at Daytona in the DRIVE4COPD 300. The primary sponsor for this and a few other races for the No. 43 will be DrGmall.com.
Scott pulled out 4 top-10′s in 21 starts in the Nationwide Series in 2009.
