When I first saw the Iron Man version of Operation, I cracked a rib. But if you’re a true Iron Man fan, you have to appreciate the various facets of a franchise marketing tool. Including the board games and what not!
But on a more serious collector’s side of things, over on Ebay an incredibly skilled individual is selling a custom Iron Man model, titled ‘Custom SteamPunk Iron Man Marvel Legends‘ Iron Man. It’s a Victorian age Iron Man done right! If Tony Stark lived in the Victorian era he would have made a steam-powered armor.

The collectibles creator Quantum Mechanix (QMx) has secured the license to create a full line of ship replicas and other goodies that are related to the 11th rendition of the Star Trek movie franchise, J.J. Abrams Star Trek.
This gang, includes the new Enterprise.
“Among the QMx collectible items will be studio-scale and mid-scale limited-edition replicas of ships that appear in Star Trek.
Already in the works is the Artisan Edition Studio-Scale U.S.S. Enterprise, a 34-inch-long film-quality replica with working lights and a screen-accurate paint job.”

It was announced at Creation Con that the collectibles maker Quantum Mechanix (QMx) now has the license to for Firefly and Dr Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog.
This license appears to include props, ships, t-shirts and other coolness like keychains, bumper stickers and fun fun things like that from the Joss Whedon verse of these two things too cool.
Too sweet. Now if only my wallet would back me up on this!
