New DVD and Blu-ray Releases from Cinema Static

Welcome to the New DVD & Blu-ray Release Report for May 18th, 2010, from Cinema Static.

As the world spins out of control, worry not because DVDs last forever!  Welcome to this weeks DVD report. This week is chock full of cool releases. I can’t discuss them all so make sure your read the lists carefully.  Lots of great stuff for everyone!  You can thank me later for leaving out the latest Barney, Diet/Workout DVDs, and the endless Micheal Jackson tributes. You won’t find them covered here.  I have to make room for films with substance like, “Mega Shark Vs Giant Octopus” starring Lorenzo Lamas.

DVD MOVIE OF THE WEEK
When You're Strange DVD - The Doors

This week’s so called popular releases are, “Extraordinary Measures”, “Invictus,” “The Spy Next Door” and “Valentines Day.”. Ah what garbage!  My DVD pick of the week is the film/documentary, “When You’re Strange-A Film About The Doors.” Woody Harrelson’s “The Messenger” gets honorable mention.
