For the fans of Jennifer Morrison, if you’ve missed seeing Ms. Morrison on the small screen, it’s time to plot your future television viewing habits!

Jennifer Morrison has landed the lead role in a new ABC drama pilot titled Once Upon A Time.  She will star along with Josh Dallas, Jamie Dornan and Jared Gilmore and the story is an interesting twist on the world of fantasy and fairie tales.

The series “Centers on a woman with a troubled past who is drawn into a small town in Maine where the magic and mystery of Fairy Tales just may be real.”

Morrison plays a woman who ends up in a small town in Maine (why Maine, it’s always Maine!!!) where there’s an Evil Queen (Lana Parrilla), Prince Charming (Dallas) and there’s also a Snow White (Goodwin) and a sheriff of Storybrooke (Dorman).  Storybrooke is the name of the town.

The series is directed by Mark Mylod, whose resume includes Entourage and few directorial stints on Shameless & United States of Tara.

Jennifer Morrison has finally landed a gig after exiting the halls of House M.D., and that role is going to be one of the biggest female characters to ever be added to How I Met Your Mother.

Morrison will be playing Ted’s new love interest, Zooey.  Zooey is a rabble-rousing activist who’s hell-bent on saving the Arcadian, an old New York hotel that’s scheduled to be torn down to make way for the Goliath National Bank tower—which Ted just so happens to be designing.

THAT, should be interesting.

House M.D.’s episode titled “Lockdown” was the 17th episode of the season and it was interesting and surprising, with a bit of somber mixed right in there.

“Lockdown” had a subdued kind of intensity that I experienced and then suddenly about 15 minutes in, I realized this was the episode that Hugh Laurie made his directorial debut on.

House M.D. is taking a break until its next episode on April 12th.  But in that April 12th episode of House M.D., titled “Lockdown,” Jennifer Morrison makes her one return guest appearance.  It’s also the same episode that Hugh Laurie will be making his directorial debut.

But wait, that’s not all.

Jennifer Morrison was talking about her upcoming one-up in the last episode of House M.D. this season and EW indicated that she said that fans will be getting closure on Cameron.

She also noted that though she has contract options for next season, she doesn’t think they’ll pick up those options.

I’m not sure how you get closure with a few lines in a single episode.  I wasn’t pleased with how they wrangled her out of the episode to begin with but to just have her come back and possibly rehash Cameron’s reasoning for leaving?  (I presume)

Eh.  We’ll see.

Jennifer MorrisonIt would seem that despite the abrupt boot out the door from House M.D., we may still be seeing Jennifer Morrison back in the hallways of House M.D..

Details are being kept to a minimum at the moment but there is some speculation that Morrison will be appearing at least once and that will be near the end of the season.

The other speculation out there is that she’ll be appearing in the episode that Hugh Laurie will be directing.

The other word on the street is that she’s filming that episode this weekend.

Jennifer Morrison, whose previous role included Cameron on House M.D. has found herself a new role.

Morrison is headed to Broadway to star in The Miracle Worker, where she’ll be playing Helen Keller’s mother, Kate Keller.

She’ll be joining Matthew Modine and the show will open this spring.

This will be Jennifer Morrison’s Broadway debut.

It’s good to see her land on her feet.  And don’t forget, they’re honoring her House M.D. contract through to the end of the season, so she’s double dipping the income stream.  That’s sweet.  At least she’s back at work for now!

I’ve been noticing some confusion around the web on Jennifer Morrison having left House M.D. but people are saying they’re still seeing her name in the credits.

She was let go, but her contract is being honored through the end of the season.

In my mind, that is why we’re still seeing her name in the credits.  Still on contract means she’s still getting screen credit for her role in the front part of the season.

That’s my guess in the issue with us seeing Jennifer Morrison in the credits after her departure.

Jennifer Morrison plays Cameron on House M.D.

Jennifer Morrison plays Cameron on House M.D.

Jennifer Morrison said she’s puzzled about Cameron’s exit from House M.D. and she found the whole situation confusing.

As we noted in our previous note about Morrison Leaving House, was was written out and did not quit.  But her contract is still being honored and she’s being paid for the entirety of the season.  Morrison doesn’t even know why that is either.

Her exit also left it in such a way that she could return (IE:  Not killed off).

Cameron leaving House M.D., was to me, removing an interesting component from the mix of characters on House.  Though it’s not a show stopper, there will be a void of sorts with Cameron out of the picture.

But one thing is for certain – Jennifer Morrison is grateful for the support her fans are showing her.
