Cinema Static Opinion

Cinema Static Divider - TV News, Movie News & Various Opinion

Last nights episode of So You Think You Can Dance saw the pairings of our dance contestants split up and now, each contestant/dancer was partnering up with SYTYCD alumni or professional.

Also if you didn’t catch it on the episode, they made note of their derth of Emmy nominations, including one for Cat Deely as the show’s host. The show netted several Emmy nods for their dance choreography pieces, which is well deserved if you watch the show for the art of it all.

DR HORRIBLEs SING ALONG BLOG from JOSS WHEDON

If you can’t get enough of Dr. Horrible online, or on DVD and you NEED to have a Dr. Horrible Blu-ray version in your collection, you can now breathe once again!

Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog from that dark, twisted spot in the mind of Joss Whedon, starring the man himself, Neil Patrick Harris and Nathan Fillion and Felecia Day, is coming to Blu-ray on May 25th and the pre-order frenzy may begin!  Woo hoo!  OK… I’m calm…  really.

Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog was a 43-minute 3-part internet sensation.  In a mere 43 minutes, Joss Whedon packs it all in there: Action, love and tragedy, as only Joss Whedon can do.  And to think, all because of the writer’s strike.  LOL.

It’s been confirmed that Neil Patrick Harris is making a guest appearance on Glee.  The good news is that with the popularity of his Dr. Horrible role, it seems that he’ll be showing up on Glee in his evil mode.

No, not as Dr. Horrible, but his appearance on Glee in the late spring is being described as funny and really mean.

Glee returns to the air on April 13th.
