The Bachelor on ABC

Time for the all-skin, all-bikini, ratings snatching island dates, on St. Lucia.  Lets git on with it!  Shall we:

Gia wants her island date to end with “I love you’s” being exchanged.  Jake ends the session about seeing himself proposing to Gia.  We didn’t hear any admissions of love.

- – -

Jake has never connected with anyone on the level like he has with Tenley.

Tenley can’t commit until she knows Jake is willing to commit on the level she is looking for.  (Remember, she’s saving herself for when she knows Jake will commit to her.)  She keeps telling the audience about her ex-husband.

Jake says he’s falling in love with her, and she deserves the world.

Vienna…

If you’ve been reading the tabloids and what they’re breaking about Vienna, wow… I’m having a hard time watching but here we go…

She says she’s falling in love with Jake and she’s never fallen in-love with anyone before.

Jake feels like a kid around her.

We watch Jake actually ask her what kind of rings she likes, and yes, he can see her as his wife.  (He replied to her question.)

He tempered it with he’s fallen for the other 2 women also…

It’s almost rose time and Ali calls, telling Jake she’s made the wrong choice.  As much as I really enjoy this girl, she tends to have a ‘breakdown routine’ that isn’t that endearing.  Does that make sense, I can’t quite find the right word for when she crumples up on the ground… but I don’t want to label it incorrectly.

Jake was trying to process the conversation and he was stammering on the phone.  Seeing that he didn’t just jump right up and say ‘get back here!’, pretty much says it all to me.  Jake’s “heart says it’s not a good idea” (paraphrased) for her to come back.

Last week I mentioned rumors of who does win, though I don’t say who.  But then, I did know that Ali does not return.

It’s countdown to the final 2 as I type.  In the end, Jake sent Gia packing, leaving 2 girls at complete opposite ends of the spectrum, Tenley and Vienna.

It’s almost confusing.
