The upcoming Transformers 3 movie, titled Transformers: Dark of the Moon, is coming out July 1st, 2011, starring Shia LaBeouf, Hugo Weaving, Josh Duhamel and a bunch others.
Following this site, you know I was a bit jazzed to hear about the NASCAR based Transformers, called The Wreckers. One of them is based on the Jimmy Johnson driven No 48 Lowe’s Chevy NASCAR Sprint Cup Series car. (In case you haven’t heard, Jimmie Johnson won last year’s NASCAR season… again, for the 5th consecutive year. That’s huge in this sport.)

Of course, there are toys associated with the movie, coming out for every ‘bot there is. In this case, I’m a bit focused on the NASCAR aspect of the bots since I’m a bit of a fan of both.
