Welcoming Miss Coors Light, Rachel Rupert, to NASCAR

Miss Coors Light Rachel Rupert

We already have the Sprint Cup Girls and we’re much happier for it.  MillerCoors entertainment marketing has hired from over one hundred applicants, Rachel Rupert to represent Coors Light within the concrete & asphalt roadways of NASCAR.

What landed her the gig as Miss Coors Light, the first-ever Miss Coors Light that is, is her enthusiasm for NASCAR and growing up watching it every Sunday.  Her favorite track is Martinsville.

Her new gig starts next week at Loudon and Miss Coors Light will be interacting with fans and drivers during at-track appearances, Coors Light-sponsored events and online. Rachel will also be presenting the Coors Light Pole Award each week to the top Cup and Nationwide series qualifiers.

Beginning in the 2011 NASCAR season, she will also start appearing in Coors Light’s NASCAR-themed point-of-sale materials.

The only info I have  on Rachel, via her Twitter account with the following, Twitter-enforced bio:  “Southern Belle – Spokesmodel – Retired Hairdresser.”  She has over one thousand friends on her personal Facebook account.

Be warned, though I’ve provided Rachel’s personal social account links, more than likely her official posting location will end up being at the Miss Coors Light Facebook Page.  I’ve seen that happen a number of times with various spokespersons.

Hi Rachael Rupert,
I was wondering how old do you have to be Miss Coors Light?
Because I know that the Miss Sprin Cup have to be at least 22 years old
and they get picked from Marilyn’s Agency in North Carolina?
