What is Michael Shanks up to these days? If you’re a Smallville fan, you just watched his portrayal of Hawkman in Absolute Justice. I liked it.
He’ll also be seen in 2 more upcoming episodes of Stargate Universe.
He just finished a guest spot on my favorite show, Supernatural. (Did you know Supernatural got renewed for a 6th season?) The episode will be called “99 Problems” and Michael plays a character who is part of a “Bible-thumping” militia trying to stop the Apocalypse. He says both the Winchester brothers kick his butt.
Shanks is also reading for the part of Danno, in the Hawaii Five-O remake.
I’m glad to see him busy and getting work. Now if we can get him in his own series. Now that would be optimal, would it not?
