Fandango has a list of what’s coming out for movies this year. Let’s see what we got for new movie releases for the rest of 2009!
This weekend, we had Twilight Saga: New Moon, Planet 51 & The Blind Side open.
On November 25th, The Road, The Princess and the Frog, Ninja Assassin & Old Dogs grace the big silver screen. The Princess and the Frog is outside my range of genre expertise, but the other 3 movies look interesting to me.
On December 4th, we have George Clooney in Up in the Air which is accompanying Armored & Brothers.
December 11th brings what looks like a depressingly brilliant approach to telling a story in The Lovely Bones & Invictus to the theaters.
December 18th is a big, big day if you’re looking forward to Avatar because that’s when the James Cameron helmed Avatar comes to the screens. The Cinema Static gang can’t wait. In case you’re wondering, a Hugh Grant starrer called Did You Hear About the Morgans? is coming out on December 18th also.
December 25th, Christmas day, is a big day for releases.
Sherlock Holmes with Robert Downey Jr is coming out then. So is Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel, Nine (Yet another movie with the number 9 in the title.. dang.), It’s Complicated & The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus.
